Holler Homestead Coffee is roasted to order with a slow-roast method. Our fair-trade or organic beans come in from Columbia. Because we roast to order, your coffee will take a few days to arrive after you have placed an order. Optimal flavor is achieved at 48 hours after roasting and we aim to get it to you at this time. Select from two amazing roasts:
· The Holler Roast has a full flavor, with nutty overtones and no bitterness. The coffee is slow roasted in small batches for the highest quality dark roast – with a kick!
· Mt. Pat Roast is an edgier, medium roast coffee with well developed citrus flavors. This is the roast of choice for our close friend and neighbor.
